At Goaly, we are committed to providing high-quality digital services for all our users. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be considered for paid services offered on our platform.

  1. Nature of Services

All products and services provided on Goaly are digital in nature, including but not limited to:

  • Job postings
  • Promoted listings
  • Access to candidate or club databases
  • Premium account features

These services are delivered instantly after payment and cannot be returned once activated.

  1. No Refund Policy

All payments are final and non-refundable once the transaction is completed, except in the following cases:

  • Duplicate or incorrect charges due to a technical payment error
  • Failure to activate the purchased service within 48 hours without proper support response
  • Service was never used and the refund request is submitted within 5 calendar days of the payment date
  1. How to Request a Refund

If you meet one of the exceptional conditions above, you may submit a refund request via email:

  • Full name and phone number
  • Service details and type of subscription
  • Payment method and transaction date
  • A clear explanation of the issue
  • Any supporting documents (if available)

You will receive a response within 5 business days, and if approved, the refund will be processed within 14 business days.

  1. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be granted in the following situations:

  • If the service has already been used (e.g., job posted, CV viewed)
  • If the subscription period has expired
  • If the request lacks sufficient justification or documentation
  • If the reason is based solely on change of mind or user dissatisfaction after service use
  1. Transaction Fees

If a refund is approved, any banking or payment gateway fees may be deducted from the refunded amount, where applicable.
