Job Description

We are seeking an inspiring and strategic Head Coach to lead our football team to success on and off the pitch. The Head Coach will oversee the development, performance, and management of the team, ensuring alignment with the club’s vision and football philosophy. This role demands exceptional leadership, tactical expertise, and the ability to inspire players and staff to achieve their maximum potential.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership and Management

• Develop and implement training programs that enhance player performance and team cohesion.
• Lead the team during matches, providing tactical guidance and adjustments as necessary.
• Foster a positive and high-performance culture within the squad and coaching staff.

Tactical and Strategic Planning

• Analyze opponents and design strategies to maximize the team’s competitive advantage.
• Ensure that the team’s style of play aligns with the club’s overall football philosophy.
• Review match footage to identify areas of improvement and plan corrective actions.

Player Development

• Work closely with the coaching and medical teams to monitor player fitness, form, and progress.
• Mentor players to develop their technical, tactical, and mental skills.
• Promote youth development by integrating promising academy players into the first team.

Collaboration and Communication

• Maintain open and effective communication with the Director of Football, coaching staff, and medical teams.
• Provide regular updates to the club’s management on team performance and objectives.
• Represent the club professionally in media and public engagements.

Performance and Evaluation

• Set short- and long-term goals for the team, tracking progress throughout the season.
• Use performance analysis tools to evaluate the team and individual players.
• Continuously refine strategies based on data and performance insights.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience as a Head Coach or in a senior coaching role, preferably at a professional or semi-professional level.
• Strong understanding of football tactics, strategies, and player management.
• Exceptional leadership and motivational skills.
• Excellent communication and decision-making abilities, especially under pressure.
• Ability to manage and resolve conflicts within the team professionally.
• UEFA coaching licenses or equivalent qualifications are required.
• Familiarity with performance analysis tools and techniques is a plus.
